이번주 토요일 드디어 CISA 시험을 봅니다.

3개월 정도 주말마다 학원 다니면서 정말 심신이 지친 상태네요.(CISSP 때도 그랬지만 ㅡ,.ㅡ)
솔직히 CISSP때는 준비를 참으로 많이 했습니다. 매일 매일 교제 리뷰 해가면서 요약 정리도 하였구요.

그러나 CISA는 거의 주말에만 공부하고 리뷰는 출퇴근시간에 짬짬이 밖에 못했습니다.
제가 두개의 시험을 준비하면서 느낀 것은 CISSP는 정말 투자한 시간에 비례 하게 결과가 나올 수 있지만 CISA는 왠지 그런 기분이 들지가 않습니다.

학원에서 제공 해주는 1300제, 문제풀이, 최종 모의고사 까지 많은 문제를 풀어봤지만 정말 이것이 정답일가라는 생각만 드는 아주 더러운 문제들만 존재 하더군요.

그리고 CISSP같은 경우 한글시험이지만 반은 영어 원문이 있어 번역이 이상하면 영어 문제를 보면 되지만 CISA는 ONLY 한글만있어 한글 자체를 다시 해석해야 하는 어려움도 존재 합니다.

CISA를 준비 하시는 분들은 이점 유의 하셔야 할 거예요.

수업시간에 한 강사님이 이렇게 말씀 하시더군요. CISA를 풀때는 몇가지를 유의 해라. 라고..

1. 문제 출제자의 정신세계를 파악하라.
2. 번역자의 정신세계를 파악하라.(정말 독특하게 용어를 번역하는 경우가 ㅠ,.ㅜ)
3. 오/탈자를 주의 하라.(문제에서 조사가 빠져서 전혀 다른 내용이 되는 경우가 있습니다. 이것을 찾아내어야 합니다.)

몇가지 더 있는데 이정도만 기억 나네요.
문제를 풀면 풀수록 이런것이 자꾸 보이네요. 토요일날 아무래도 고문을 많이 당할 것 같습니다.

얼마전 CISA 준비때문에 학원을 다녔습니다.

Audit이 걸렸을 경우 (ISC)2에서 친절하게 메일을 주어 어떻게 하라고 나옵니다.

요약하자면 증빙서류를 팩스나 우편으로 보내라는 내용입니다.
이 메일을 받자 마자 바로 영문 수료증을 팩스 표지와 함께 바로 보냅니다.
(주의 : 반듯이 영문으로 된 증빙 서류와 팩스나 우편물에 자신의 CISSP 넘버와 자신의 정보를 같이 표기 하셔야 합니다.)
그리고 대략 2-3주 지나서 아래와 같이 메일이 오내요.(참 처리시간이 오래 걸립니다. ^^*)

그리고 CPE 확인 하니 ㅎㅎㅎ 추가가 되었네요.

오늘 아침 (ISC)2에서 메일이 왔습니다. 지난주에 합격후 필요한 서류를 팩스로 보낸 후 1주일만에 처리 통보가 온것입니다.

CISSP 자격증이 합격만 한다고 발급 되는 것은 아닙니다.
합격 메일을 받으면 기본적으로 요청하는 데이터가 있습니다.

기본적인 자료는 2개입니다.
  1. ENDORSEMENT FORM
  2. RESUME

이 두가지 입니다.

1. ENDORSEMENT FORM은 추천서의 일종입니다.
합격 메일에 보면 이 추천서 양식이 링크가 걸려 있습니다.(https://www.isc2.org/cgi-bin/content.cgi?page=1278)
(ISC)2에서 주관하는 자격증 소지자의 추천서를 받는 것입니다. 만약 주위에 CISSP가 존재 하지 않는다면 (ISC)2에서 추천 해달라고 할 수도 있습니다. FORM에보면 WAVER 부분이 있는데 추천인이 없는 경우 여기에 자신의 이름을 쓰십시오.

2. RESUME는 경력증명서 입니다.
특별한 양식은 존재 하지 않고 경력 및 한 일에 대해 영문으로 상세히 기제 하시면 됩니다.(반듯이 영문) 또한 각 프로젝트던 회사 이력이던 각 항목별로 경력 증멸할 Contact Person의 정보를 입력하셔야 합니다. Contact Person의 정보는 영문 이름, 이메일 주소, FAX 번호 정도입니다.
기존 회사가 문을 닫고 그랬다면 현재 직장의 상사이름을 올려도 됩니다. 즉 경력 증명 할 수 있는 사람이면 되니 자신의 주변인으로 작성하시면 됩니다.(실제 확인하는지는 모르겠고 한다면 이메일로 이사람증명 맞나? 라고 묻는 정도라고 합니다.)

위 사항이 기본적이 자료고 하시다 싶이 CISSP 자격증에 대한 자격요건에 CISSP CBK 도메인에 해당하는 자격경력이 5년이상이어야 하는데 1년을 줄일 수 있는데 이 경우 추가 자료가 필요 합니다.

1. 학사학위 이상 인 경우 영문 졸업 증명서를 같이 동봉 하여야 합니다.
2. MCSE나 CISA같은 자격증이 있는 경우 자격증 사본을 보내면 됩니다.
경력 1년 해택은 둘중에 하나만 되니 두개다 보내봐야 4년입니다. 유념하세요.

자 이제 이 서류를 어떻게 보내냐.. 두가지의 방법이 있습니다.
DHL같은 우편 발송과 FAX로 전송 하는 겁니다. 저 같은 경우 FAX로 전송 하였구요. FAX 전송 시 누락이 될 경우도 있다고 합니다.(다행이 전 없네요.) 대신 빠르게 처리 될수 있습니다. DHL은 안전하게 발송이 될 수 있지만 처리속도가 느립니다.

일단 접수후 사항에따라 저처럼 빨리 처리 메일이 올수도 있고 그렇지 않고 늦을 수도 있지만 발송 메일을 받을 수 있습니다.

발급 되었다는 메일이 오면 이제 CPE 점수와 라이센스 피를 내는 것으로 계속 자격을 유지 할 수 있습니다.

오늘 참 포스팅 하는 것 날 잡은것 같습니다. 반달치 포스팅을 오늘 하루에 다하네요.(하긴 개인적으로 포스팅 거리가 많은 오늘이었습니다 ^^*)

오늘 CISSP 합격 한 것을 확인 하고 예전에 포스팅 한 것처럼 그간 공부하면서 개인적으로 정리했던 요약집을 공개합니다.

나중에는 귀찬아서 오타도 많고 말도 안되는 경우도 많습니다만 혹시 공부하시는데 도움 될가 해서 링크를 걸어드립니다.

6월 시험 보시는 분들 건승하십시오.

오늘 아침 출근 하여 메일을 보는데 (ISC)2에서 메일이 왔네요.. 발표메일일까 하고 보니 역시 발표 메일이었습니다. 생각보다 빨리 나왔네요.

3월 8일에 시험을 보고 3월 21일에 발표났으니 딱 15일만에 발표가 났네요.

나름 공부 열심히 했는데 다행이 좋은 결과가 나와 기분은 좋습니다.
최근에 개인적으로 좋은 소식이 가끔 와서 기분은 좋습니다.

얼마전 HERO 블로그 이벤트에 내 포스팅글이 선택 되어지고 이번엔 시험 합격..캬아
올해는 영어공부와 CISA 자격증만 더 획득하면 제 목표는 완성 되네요.

일단 합격 메일을 자랑삼아 보이겠습니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

마지막으로 CISSP 준비하시는 분에게 어줍잖은 조언을 한번 드려보겠습니다.

1. 독학 보다는 학원 권해드립니다. 유명 학원을 등록 하는 것이 특히 시간이 많지 않은 직장인에겐 도움이 됩니다. 독학 교제로 전체를 보는 것 보단 시험 유형에 맞는 학원 교재를 보면서 포인트를 찍어가는 것이 훨 시간을 단축 할 수 있습니다.

2. 학원을 다니면 교제들이 많은데 각 도메인별로 교제를 최소 2번은 리뷰 하십시오. 저 같은 경우 요약정리하면서 전체 1번 리뷰, 모든 강의가 끝난 후 1번 리뷰를 하였습니다.

3. 스스로 요약 정리를 하십시오. 그리고 시간날때 마다 출/퇴근 시 시간 날때 마다 보십시오.

4. 학원을 다닐 경우 예제문제 풀이반 같은 총정리반이 있습니다. 시험 남은 일주일 간 이 교제들을 여러번의 리뷰를 하십시오.

5. 시험 전일 꼭 월차를 사용 하여 총정리 하십시오. 단 늦게 까지 하지 마시고 충분히 숙면을 취하십시오.

시험을 보시는 분은 시험장에 가실때 차를 가져 가도 됩니다. 동국대에서 8시간 3천원 짜리 도장을 찍어주니 교통이 불편 하신분은 차를 가져가세요.
